Your satisfaction is essential to our success and we are happy to accept returns. Goods must be received by us in new condition and in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase. Reasonable care should be taken by you not to mark, stain or soil the item or packaging as this may render them non-refundable.
Please email us before returning any goods so we can authorize the return and give you correct return information: email@example.com. Print and enclose our email confirmation in the package, so we know to whom we may issue the refund.
Mail Shot does not accept responsibility for loss or damage of returned goods during return transit. Mail Shot strongly recommends the usage of a traceable system for the return of any item. The customer is responsible for shipping costs on replacement orders. Upon receipt of the return, the total sum debited from your credit card or PayPal account will be transferred to your account. As stated, returned goods must be complete, in perfect condition, unused, unaltered and in the original packaging.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, according to Distance Selling Regulations.
When returning your parcel we will refund you on receipt of your return. To refund your returning shipment we will need proof of cost and ask that you send it by general post. We will refund shipping upto €20 (Europe) and £10 (UK) for small orders.
