Where can I find my delivery date?
You can find your chosen delivery date at the bottom of your order confirmation email.
When will I receive a tracking number?
Once we process your order you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please be aware that it can take a little while to update.
How do I change my address?
Simply get in touch with your correct details and we will amend your order as soon as possible. If your order has already been sent, there is nothing we can do. We will have to wait until the shipment returns to us before amending.
How do I add products to my order?
Unfortunately once you have ordered we are unable to add new items. You will need to cancel your order and order again with the additional products.
Do you charge for bounced deliveries when wrong address given?
Unfortunately if you have entered the wrong address and the shipment has been sent you will be charged a small fee. This is to cover shipment charges.

How do I get started with my Powerhoop?
If you have never used a weighted hula hoop before we suggest you use your hoop no longer than 3 mins per day. Overdoing at the very beginning can cause mild bruising around the waist, so take it slow! Increase incrementally while your core muscles adapt to the impact of the hoop and become firmer and more stable.
Are weighted hoops safe?
Sports safety depends on common sense and on following the manufacturer's recommendations. Weighted workout hoops are meant to challenge the core muscles, causing them to become firmer, stronger and more protective over a very short period of time. Again, beginners who overdo will notice soreness and even bruising, which is uncomfortable, unnecessary, and detracts from the fun!
In addition, there are certain conditions that are contraindicated for hooping, like pregnancy and taking blood thinning medication. Learn more about weighted hula hooping safety.

Why are there faint black marks on my hoop?
Powerhoops are made using a unique manufacturing process that occasionally leaves faint black marks on the coloured rubber overmoulding. These do not affect the function nor overall aesthetics of the hoop.
