Powerhoop Privacy Policy

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a new law that regulates how businesses are collecting, using and processing data from EU citizens. As of May 24, 2018, we have updated our Privacy Policy to comply with requirements of the GDPR.

We require explicit consent to collect and use your data. For the purposes of Powerhoop sales and training, consent is explict when you purchase products or training from our website or a double opt-in to our mailing list (see form below to subscribe).

Use and Transfer of Data: We are maintain our database with ConvertKit, a 3rd party email service. ConvertKit uses encrypted methods to protect your data. View or download ConvertKit's data processing agreement. 

Privacy Policy: We are collecting, using and processing your data only for the purposes of contacting you about orders you've placed, courses you've purchased, and marketing emails for information we believe will be of specific interest to you. Your data will not be sold or shared with any other third parties.

Data Access: Your data will be stored indefinitely for our records, is available to you upon request, and will be deleted upon your request.
